The above daily Rack Rates are in US Dollars based on single/double occupancy except 2 bedroom rate is based on quad occupancy & PH rates are based on six persons. Continental breakfast is included daily. Inquire about rates for Superior rooms when renting PH suites only. Anyone 12 or older sharing a guest room or suite (3 persons max) must pay an additional per person charge. No additional charge for children 11 years old and under in same room with adults up to a Max of two children per room... Max of four children in 2 BR or PH suites. A 10% Service Charge and 10% Govt. Tax are additional to all room rates.

All guest rooms & suites feature air-conditioning with a clean air circulation system, double line direct dial telephones, broadband Internet access, mini-frig and bar set up, private terraces or patios with ocean views.

CONCIERGE SERVICES - restaurant reservations, baby-sitting, laundry/valet service, deep sea fishing, diving and island excursions.
FOOD & BEVERAGE PLANS - Available with any of the above room rates and can be included in your room rates or arranged upon arrival. All Meal Plans are for a minimum of 3 days and consist of one Appetizer, one Entrée, and one Dessert. Beverages are not included and a surcharge on certain items may apply. A 15% service charge on all food & beverage is additional. No charge for children age 4 and under and 50% off for children 5 - 11 years when parents are on meal plan. Modified American Plan (MAP) - $100 PP/Day...includes Full American Breakfast in room/suite or at Cafe Mediterranero and Dinner at Santorini Restaurant, Cafe Mediterranero or Theme Night on Tuesdays & Fridays with live entertainment. Full American Breakfast is available at a surcharge of $25 PP, daily. Full American Plan (FAP) - $150 PP/Day...Includes above features + Lunch at Cafe Mediterranero.
*MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT: Holiday: 10 night minimum stay with a pre paid five night non-refundable deposit, with deposit due by Sept 14. Reservations for holiday times period are extremely limited due to waitlist of prior guests. Apr 4–12, 2009 and Nov 24-28, 2009: 5 night minimum stay. Feb 14-21: 7 night minimum stay. A three night deposit with 30 day cancellation notice is required to guarantee all other reservations.
ANNUAL CLOSING: The Resort will be closed from Sept 2 – Oct 31, 2008 & Aug 31 – Oct 31, 2009. Additional restrictions may apply. Rates subject to change without notice. Due to local Government regulations, taxi transfers to or from port of arrival and departure cannot be included.
